![]() The digital-only future is inevitable now but unless we lay down some ground rules for it right now things are only going to get worse the more time goes by. There really should be rules put in place to ensure that this is impossible to ever happen with a game, before it inevitably does happen with something. I’ve paid the same amount for a game or a video as if I bout it on disc so why should my rights to what I can do with it be any different? I know it’s not Sony’s fault exactly but the fact that it can even happen should be illegal. This digital content removal on PlayStation is just disgusting. Which has always been the case for GTA really. That doesn’t mean it’ll play well, but I’ll be honest I’ll pay good money just to experience a game that looks that good, no matter how it plays. ![]() I pity whatever other open world game is going to come out next year because it’s going to look like a fossil compared to GTA 6. It’s not just them though, everyone is now so far behind Rockstar in terms of graphics it’s just a case of them vs. I don’t even know what Bethesda’s excuse is, given they’ve got the same amount as money as Rockstar, thanks to Microsoft, and just as much experience with open world games. The facial animation in GTA 6 is staggeringly good. I hate to be that guy but compare the graphics in GTA 6 to Starfield and it looks like there’s at least two generations between them. I absolutely can say that I’ll gladly pay £70 for this, because it is what Rockstar stands for. It looks gorgeous, as does Miami in real life. I’ll say the trailer definitely matched our high expectations. It looks phenomenally mystifying and we’ve made it, after 10 years. We'll know in December whether the leaks are true, with the first trailer.I’m not necessarily expecting anything new in terms of gameplay – there’s definitely nothing in the trailer we haven’t seen before – but assuming the final game really does look like that this is an absolute triumph and we’ve only seen 90 seconds of it. Inevitably, the authenticity of these videos has been called into question, especially given the mediocre quality of some of the clips. It only took a few hours for all these videos to flood YouTube, Facebook and Twitter around the world.
